Visa Desk terms
- Visa Desk is an independent guide and workspace for the Venezuela e-visa. It is not affiliated with the Venezuelan government, it is not a law firm, and nothing on it is legal advice. Requirements change often.
- We never charge or collect the government visa fee and never ask for your Cancillería portal password. You submit the application and pay the fee yourself, only in the official portal.
- Your documents are kept privately and deleted on the schedule shown on your case page; you can delete them at any time.
Visa and passport help services
- AI-assisted review, USD 49: For people who prefer to file on their own. Non-refundable.
- Guided session, USD 149: Neftaly walks you through it step by step on a video call. Non-refundable.
- Full service, USD 249: Neftaly prepares and files your application end to end. If your visa is denied or your case can't be filed, we refund 100% of what you paid. 98% approval: Based on Neftaly's case records.
- Venezuelan passport assistance, USD 249: For Venezuelans abroad who want to come home. Non-refundable.

The document review
- What it is: a reviewer reads your documents and portal answers before you pay the government fee, and writes comments on your case page.
- What we check: your documents against the current list published by MPPRE (Venezuela’s foreign ministry), your answers in the Cancillería portal, and the file formats and photo rules.
- Price: USD 149, paid by card through Stripe. This is a fee for an independent service. It is not a government fee and it is not part of the visa fee.
- Delivery: written comments on your case page. We aim to reply within 48 hours of payment.
- Refunds: a full refund if your reviewer declines the review, cannot deliver it at all, or your payment fails. A late reply alone is not a reason for a refund.
- No guarantee: a review does not guarantee approval. The decision is the Venezuelan government’s alone.
